I specialize in counseling mothers who are experiencing a PMAD, and those who just need some support during this season of life.
I am a mom and throughout my motherhood journey, which has included its share of struggles, I have become passionate about helping other mothers thrive. I've had the opportunity to take advanced trainings specific to counseling individuals navigating the perinatal and postpartum period and helping treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs) like postpartum depression.
